by using enquiry & booking forms provided. A 24-Hour response
can be expected. All offers, discounts & packages are specially
tailored for Lantaresort.com and is applicable only
if bookings are made through Lantaresort.com.
7. Hotel Voucher

soon as payment is received a Hotel Voucher will be
sent to you by e-mail.
It is advisable but not compulsory to print out the
Hotel Voucher for verification on check-in.

8. Cancellation
& Changes in Bookings
Cancellation of bookings
must be sent by fax only to (66 2) 399-1885. Changes in bookings
must be sent by e-mail to Lantaresort.com
or by fax to (66 2) 399-1885 . Please never send cancellation
or booking changes instructions to hotels.
Lantaresort.com will confirm your cancellation or booking
changes by e-mail once the process is completed.
