(A.) Booking / Reservation
| Once
you have decided on your hotel/resort and services required

the Booking/Reservation
form provided and send it to reservation@Lantaresort.com.
- Make
sure you send us your e-mail address. You will get a reply
within 24 hours.
- We
would like to advise you to use the name as appeared is
your passport to avoid possible complications.

(B.) Payment
There
are 2 payment systems :
(1.) Payment on arrival or upon departure by cash or credit
card.
- You
may pay directly to hotels on checking in or upon
check out.

A deposit may be required during the high or peak
season. Deposits are refundable only if you cancel
your booking before the specified deadlines.
- Major
credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, SCB
and Amex are acceptable.
- Advance
payment are usually not required unless specified.
Refunds are applicable only if you cancel your booking
before the specified deadlines.

is neccessary and can be made by :

Siam Commercial Bank using the Secure Socket

Commercial Bank.
- eHOTELBOOKING
will not record any credit card data. Hence,
guaranteeing no misuse of your credit card.
- Only
Visa, Mastercard, JCB and SCB credit cards
are acceptable through this system.

Hotel Voucher

soon as payment is received a Hotel Voucher
will be sent to you by e-mail.

Cancellation & Changes in Bookings
Cancellation
of bookings must be sent by fax only to (66 2) 325-0926. Changes
in bookings must be sent by e-mail to reservation@lantaresort.com
or by fax to (66 2) 325-0926. Please never send cancellation
or booking changes instructions to hotels.
Lantaresort.com will confirm your cancellation or booking
changes by e-mail once the process is completed.

CHARGES, TERMS &
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION & CHANGES IN BOOKING

working days in advance refundable excluding 5.7% administration
service fee.

15 working days in advance : 50% Non-refundable and non
- transferable.

7 working days in advance : 100% Non-refundable and non
