Remarks :

• Transfer rates are per person / per way and inclusive of hotel escort service inclusive of complimentary refreshments during transfer service. Shared van (30 minutes) - shared resort speed boat (50 minutes).
• Children between 3 years and under the age of 12 years are granted a 50% discount on above transfer rates children are being considered as adults.

Remarks :

• All rates above are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American Breakfast, 10% Service charge and 7% VAT.
• Child Policy : Children below the age of 12 sharing room with parents and without extra bed are free of charge, but will require extra breakfast at Baht 250 nett per child, per day. Infants will be provided a bady cot free of charge. Children under the age of 12 years in need of an Extra Bed will be charged Baht 500 nett per night, inclusive breakfast. As of the 12th birthday onwards, children are being considered as adults.
• Extra Bed Charges : Extra bed will be charged for adults (12 years up) at Baht 1,000 per day including breakfast and applicable taxes. Children under the age of 12 years will be granted a 50% discount.
• Check-in / Check-out Time : Check-in time has been set at 14.00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours (noon). For any late check-out up to maximum 18.00 hours, or any early check-in prior to 14.00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily rates applies. Check-out after 18.00 hours, one full night rates applies.
• Honeymoon Specials : Honeymoon clients will receive a complimentary fruit plate and flowers on the day of arrival, a welcome drink, guaranteed double bedded accommodation and a complimentary upgrade to higher room category (subject to availability). All Honeymoon bookings must be advised at the time of reservation and shown on vouchers to validate.

• Period of occupancy: Room used from 12:00 noon to 06.00 P.M. of the day of departure will be charge at 50% of the rates. Room occupied beyond 06.00 p.m. will be charge at full rates.
