Remarks:

All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of breakfast and 7% VAT.
Minimum of 5 nights stay is required for bookings with arrivals during 20 Dec 2010 – 10 Jan 2011 inclusive. If not, a 10% surcharge will be charged to the regular rate.
Booking with check in or check out date on 31 Dec 2010 or 1 Jan 2011 will not be accepted.
Maximum 1 extra person per cottage and 2 extra persons per family room only.
Compulsory Gala Dinner:
- Christmas Eve 24 Dec 2010: THB 1,500/person for adult, and THB 1,000/person for children age 4-11 years old.
- New Year's Eve 31 Dec 2010: THB 1,500/person for adult, and THB 1,000/person for children age 4-11 years old.
Child Policy:
- Child age 8 years old and above will be charged as adult.
- Child age 4-7 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding is free of charge on room but will be charged THB 150 for ABF. Maximum 1 child per room only.
- Child age 3 years old and below sharing room with parents is free of charge. In case a baby cot is required, it will be charged at THB 100/night, or THB 500 maximum for the whole stay.
Electricity in cottage is fully operational for 24 hours.
Air-conditioning operates from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Accommodation

The resort offers two types of accommodation, with 28 rooms in total, as follows:

Cottage Type : all cottages are same size (20 sq.m. included outdoor bathroom) provide double bed only. Only 1
mattress could be put in.


Longhouse Type : contains of 4 rooms in 1 row Family room - A/C (2 sets) Each set contains of 2 bedrooms with connecting door. One bedroom provide double bed, the other one provide 2 single mattress on hi-level wooden floor. Size: 35 sq.m – included 2 outdoor bathrooms


Garden Room (Fan) : fan (4 rooms) provide twin or double bed. Suitable for single or double occupancy only. Size: 16 sq.m. - included outdoor bathroom.

CoCo Restaurant : Offers Thai and international cuisine. Open from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CoCo Bar : Freshly brewed coffee is served at the CoCo Beach Bar from 11:00 a.m. , where coffee maniacs will not be disappointed. After 04:00 p.m. , the bar turns into a night beach bar, where you can spoil yourself with choices of cocktails and your music selections.
