**Requirement for official registration at the hotel :
1. Two copies of both bride & groom passport.
2. The original certificated letter (Statutory declaration (AUS/NZ) /Affirmation of Freedom to Marry (UK)) from your Embassy in Bangkok .
3. Two copies of certificated letter (Statutory declaration) being translated in Thai by officially authorized Thai translator with a rubber stamp affixing from the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affair for processing and endorsement. This will take approximately 2 to 3 days.
4. Bring those documents to the hotel, we will then process the legal arrangements. (We require all documents at least 2 or 3 working days before the wedding date (it must me to hand on working day Monday-Friday) After we have received the documents we will then have a meeting with the Registrar at the local district office (Amphur) where your paperwork will be endorsed, verified and submitted to the Registrar).
5. The officer from the local district office will come to hotel on the wedding day for the registering process.

Important notices :
• As we are located on an island, all full details, including menu selection, must be finalized and communicated to our office at least 20 days prior to the day of the function, so to ensure a smooth running of the event.

• The resort does not usually accept alcohol to be brought by the client for consumption during the various planned meals. Such issue will be treated on case-by-case basis and a corkage fee per bottle will automatically apply.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to predict weather forecast; therefore when planning you dinner event, you should always be aware of the possibility of adverse weather conditions on the day of the event and of the possibility of a sudden change to an alternative venue – eg, The Ballroom – so to allow us running a smooth event for you
